An historical documentary about Ukrainian society in Britain. From it's early beginnings after the war until the present day. Українська телевізійна студія <<SPLUT TELEVISION>> розпочала роботу над випуском фільму про історію життя українців у Великобританії від кінця війни і по цей час, який буде показано на телебаченні та випущений на DVD.

Ми трудимося для того щоб у повні висвітлити та віддати шану тим  Українцям  які присвятили своє життя для процвітання Української  Нації та культури у Великобританії.

Просимо надіслати нам цікаві фотографії, слайди, абонегативи, відео (будь якого формату), фільми (8мм, 9.5мм, або супер 8мм та 16мм), чи інші важливі матеріали.

Гарантуємо повернути назад все що буде надіслано нам а також повернамо вам Ваші кошти за пересилку.

Просимо Вас написати в якому році фотографія чи фільм були взяті (якщо памятаєте) де відбувалося,  і яка подія.

Splut TV has emarked on the production of a documentary programme to be shown onm TV and released on DVD about the history of Ukrainians in great Britain since the second world war until today.

We would very much like people to submit materials in the form of films, video, photographs, and slides as well as documents and comments that they feel would add something to the programme. Please contact us for more details.

"THE CONTENDER"

A 2-part (x 30min.) tv programme of a race between a Veyron and a specially modified Ultima GTR with a power to weight ratio greater than the Veyron's, taking in some of the most scenic parts of Europe as the cars pace each other through Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany and finally reach their goal: Paris.

This is no ordinary race though as each car, driven by a celebrity from the world of motor sport, will be carrying a well known TV personality with plenty of stops, but not for rest. Each of the two TV personalities will have to complete various hilarious tasks such as treading grapes with their bare feet in France, making a cheese fondue in Switzerland and making sausages by hand in Germany, finding truffles in France, and other equally comical tasks as the race progresses.

Independent judges selected from amongst the most popular tv personalities in each country will award points to each team depending on how well each task is completed, as well as to the car that reaches each stage first without breaking the speed limit (for which points will be deducted after the tachographs in each car are scrutinized by the judges).

Release due (1st 2 episodes): End of Summer 2010.
